Services
Outside case review built around the Initial Case Scan.
My services are designed to help defense counsel get a clearer investigative read without spending valuable attorney time on every first-pass detail.
Core service
Initial Case Scan
A focused first-pass review of key investigative materials designed to spot what may matter before the case moves further.
The scan is not meant to consume the entire discovery file. It is a practical triage review of existing case materials most likely to affect plea posture, motion decisions, investigative strategy, and next steps.
Designed as routine case preparation
Many firms build the Initial Case Scan into the client's case-preparation budget at acquisition. The client receives an added layer of review while the attorney avoids absorbing the first-pass review internally.
I am not acting as a private investigator and do not generate new investigative materials. This work is limited to attorney-directed review of reports, discovery, statements, records, timelines, and case materials already available to counsel.
- Plea negotiation leverage
- Motion possibilities
- Investigative gaps and neglected actions
- Overstatements in reports or charging theory
Additional support after the scan
